Balenciaga Stylist App was born from the ambition to create a bespoke and personal shopping experience dedicated to the customers of the brand. Together with Nabla, we created a digital stylist platform that combines a style curation service with a communication hub and a mobile shopping platform. Empowered by AI tools across all segments of the app, the experience provides a unique experience within the brand ecosystem.
